and I dont know why. Used to be, I'd shit once a day. Every morning before breakfast. It was clockwork.

Now, I shit 2 maybe 3 times a day. What gives?

I have started working out but, I dont see how that would affect my bowels.

Any thoughts?

Once every four days? I'd see a doctor if I were you. How do you walk around with all that shit in your body? Do you ever take your weekly shit and think, wow I dont remember eating that?

By the way, I have lost weight recently. I am down to 190. Maybe its all the shitting

I eat one meal a day and it is usually a chef salad or something without any carbs. I drink 8 to 12 beers a day too so my body uses all of the nutrients from my lunch and I piss out all the beer except for the alchohol.

I usually don't pick through my shit to see whats in there.

Chances are your appetite has increased some, but the working out is causing your body to become more efficient, for lack of a better term. Just like people who are in great shape sweat more, your body is eliminating waste material faster. It should normalize after a month to 6 weeks.

Pretty much. Totay I have had a southwest taco salad from Wendys and on my 9th beer.

I usally don't count beers but I bought a 12 pack of Bud Light lime to try and there are only 3 left.

Q, I was joking about what I piss out.

Been drinking this many almost everyday since I was 21. Made it 14 years so far.

I should be ok, I drink Bud Select most of the time so that should help.
